A: The website migration service available at Creytech is completely free of cost and involves transferring all your web files, databases and emails from your current web hosting provider to your brand–new web hosting account with us. We will also revise all the configuration settings needed for your sites to be fully functional on our state–of–the–art cloud hosting platform.Our techs are fully capable of transferring any kind of website. With years of experience behind their backs, they are experts in the specificities of our cloud hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other well–known Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom–made application with lots of custom libraries is as easy as transferring a simple WordPress weblog.

A: While we can’t give you a precise ETA, since there are many variables, including the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our very best to transfer your website within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (if the content is not very large).

A: We don’t collect any private info. We will require, though, the login info for your current hosting account as well as the name of the web site that you wish to move.

A: User privacy is among our primary responsibilities – for this reason, both our payment page and our CP login page are secured with enterprise–level SSLs. A: While we migrate your web content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: We can transfer your web site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–based web hosting platform as long as we can gain access to the Control Panel and there’s FTP access available.The only websites that we cannot transfer are the ones based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
