In case you host your Internet sites in a web hosting account from our firm, you can protect them using the JailHost option with just a few clicks in your Hepsia Control Panel. The option is accessible with all packages and can be enabled for every folder because the domains and subdomains in Hepsia have individual folders, so that files for different sites don't get mixed up as it often happens with other Control Panels. We haven't activated JailHost by default as you could use scripts which require access to folders outside the main site folder and this option can interfere with their proper functioning, but protecting all of the other folders is very easy. JailHost is provided with all of our semi-dedicated hosting packages, so if you host a couple of websites, you can isolate them from one another so as to keep them safe. This option should be activated for every single Internet site and is not enabled by default, so as to avoid interference with scripts which require access to multiple folders within the account. Enabling it for all other websites will take no more than several mouse clicks inside the Hepsia internet hosting Control Panel. Unlike many other Control Panels, Hepsia doesn't place several Internet sites under the primary domain folder. Instead, every domain or subdomain has its very own folder, which makes it easier to maintain and secure your websites. In case that an Internet site within your account is hacked, not only will your other sites remain untouched, but we can also restore the damaged Internet site in no time since we will have multiple backup copies of your entire content.
